Cards Section Update

We’re gearing up for a busy and exciting 2026 calendar, with several major tournaments on the horizon. Highlights include the CNZ National Singles 500 Tournament in Papanui and the North Island Singles 500 Tournament in Kamo. We’re also looking forward to the Clubs NZ National Euchre Singles Championship in Kaiapoi—our biggest tournament of the year—alongside the CNZ North Island Euchre Singles in Kamo.

In addition, we will be hosting eight in-house trophy tournaments throughout the year. These include Euchre Singles, Pairs, Drawn Pairs, and Six-Handed events, as well as 500 Singles, Pairs, and Drawn Pairs. All winners will be recognised at our end-of-year prizegiving.

In March, we hosted our annual Pre-Easter Cash Tournament, which attracted 44 entries and delivered a fun competition. Another standout event is our popular Ham ‘n Lamb Euchre Tournament in November, drawing players from across the region.

Inter-Club competitions run monthly from February through to November, featuring teams from Avondale RSA, Mangere CC, Manurewa CC, Ngaruawahia RSA, Papakura Club, Waiuku CC, and Weymouth C&SC. Weymouth also hosts the annual Inter-Club AGM each January.

The first Inter-Club games for 2026 were held at Waiuku CC on 22 February.
